House Cleaning Prices in Palm Beach County, Florida
Flat rates from real square footage · Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast
House cleaning prices in Palm Beach County start at $168 for a standard clean. A 2,000 square foot home is $254 for a one-time standard clean, $216 on a bi-weekly schedule, or $478 for a deep clean. Every price is flat, quoted upfront from square footage.
Most cleaning companies in Palm Beach County will not tell you what house cleaning costs until someone has been out to look at your house. We think that is a waste of everyone's afternoon. Our prices come off a table, the table is below, and the number you see is the number you pay. No hourly meter running while somebody finds the good sponge. If your home is on the list, you already know your price.
What house cleaning costs in Palm Beach County
Here is the whole thing. Find your square footage, read across. These are flat rates for a one-time visit, before any recurring discount. Square footage means the air-conditioned living space, not the lot and not the lanai.
If your number falls between two rows, we quote the nearer one, and the calculator on our homepage will do it to the exact 250 square feet. Homes over 12,000 square feet get a custom quote, because at that size a table stops being honest.

Which of the four services you actually need
Most people overthink this, so here is the short version. A standard clean maintains a house that is already in decent shape. A deep clean resets one that is not, and it is what we usually recommend for a first visit if nobody has been through in a while. Move-in and move-out cleans are for empty houses, where we can get at everything because there is nothing in the way. Post-construction is its own animal: fine drywall dust gets into places ordinary cleaning never has to think about.
You are not locked in. Plenty of people book one deep clean, decide the house feels right, and switch to a standard every two weeks from there. That is the cheapest way to run it long term, and it is what we would do.
- Standard — the regular maintenance clean, kitchen and baths, floors, dusting, trash
- Deep — everything in a standard, plus baseboards, inside appliances, window sills, grout attention
- Move-In / Move-Out — an empty house, cabinets and drawers inside and out, appliances, closets
- Post-Construction — drywall dust, adhesive residue, paint flecks, fixtures, multiple passes
- Airbnb and VRBO turnovers — quoted per listing, since no two are the same
Recurring cleaning costs less. Here is the exact math.
A house that gets cleaned regularly takes less work than one that does not, so it costs less. Weekly service is 20 percent off, bi-weekly is 15 percent, monthly is 10 percent. The discount comes off every visit, not just the first one, and there is no contract holding you to it.
Bi-weekly is the sweet spot for most Palm Beach households, and it is what most of our regulars land on. In this climate a house does not stay put for a month. Humidity keeps working whether you are watching it or not.
| Schedule | Discount | Price per visit |
|---|---|---|
| One-time | — | $254 |
| Monthly | 10% off | $229 |
| Bi-weekly | 15% off | $216 |
| Weekly | 20% off | $203 |
What moves the price, and what doesn't
Square footage and service type set the price. That is genuinely it. We do not charge more because you live behind a gate, because it is a Saturday, because you have a dog, or because you called at eleven at night. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the rate does not change with the clock.
What does change things is condition. If a house has not been cleaned in a year, a standard clean will not get it where you want it, and we will say so before we book rather than after we arrive. That is a conversation about which service you need, not a surcharge bolted onto the one you picked.
- Does not change the price: gate codes, stairs, pets, weekends, evenings, holidays
- Does change the price: square footage, which of the four services, how often we come
- Quoted separately: carpet, tile, window, upholstery and commercial work
- Never a surprise: you approve the number before anyone is scheduled
Big houses, odd jobs, and the things we quote by hand
Above 12,000 square feet the table stops working, because estates vary too much for a grid to be fair to either of us. Same goes for Airbnb and VRBO turnovers, where the right price depends on the listing, the turnaround window and how much linen is involved. In both cases, call us and we will work out a real number.
Florida adds its own line items. Deep cleans come around more often here than they would up north, because humidity is relentless and grout is patient. The EPA puts the mould threshold at 60 percent indoor relative humidity, ideally 30 to 50 percent, which is a bar a closed-up Florida house clears with room to spare. That is not a sales pitch, it is just the weather.

A standard clean starts at $168 for a small home and runs to $538 at 5,000 square feet. The most common size we clean, around 2,000 square feet, is $254 one-time or $216 bi-weekly. Deep cleans for that same house are $478. All flat, all quoted before we book.
No. We quote a flat price from square footage and that is what you pay, whether the visit runs long or short. Hourly pricing puts you and the cleaner on opposite sides, where slower means more money. Flat pricing means we both want the same thing, which is a clean house.
Not automatically, but a first visit on a house that has gone a while is usually a deep clean rather than a standard, and a deep clean costs more. After that reset, most people move to a standard on a recurring schedule at the discounted rate. We will tell you which one your house needs before you book.
No. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly discounts apply from the first visit with nothing to sign, and you can change the schedule or stop whenever you want. If a month gets busy and you need to skip, skip. Nobody will chase you about it.
Call us at (561) 556-5899 and we will quote it properly. Estates that size have too much variation for a table to be fair, and we would rather look at the real thing than guess high and lose you or guess low and be wrong.
Yes. We bring everything. The quoted price covers the labour and the products, and there is no separate charge for supplies at the end. If you would prefer we use something specific of yours, tell us and we will use it.
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo it at no charge. That is the whole guarantee and there is no argument attached to it. It applies to every service on this page, at every price.
That is the entire price list, which is more than most cleaning companies around here will put in writing. If your house is on the table, you know your number. If it is not, or your situation is a little unusual, call and we will sort it out in about two minutes.
